RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or a store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURN WINDOW

​

We have a 14-day Return Policy, which means that all customers are entitled to a Return Window of 14 Days, starting from the date of purchase.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

​

To be eligible for a return, the return request must be initiated within the return window described above. In addition, the returned item must be in the same condition that you received it: completely unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and labels attached and in its original packaging. 

 

Any signs of usage or damage to the item will lead to the rejection of the return request.

At our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if we feel that the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

​

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

  • Used, damaged or tagless items

  • Headwear ex. Hijabs & Under hijab

  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or missing items that came with them such as belts or authenticity cards and dust bags

  • Offers and Gifts items

  • Finale Sale items

  • Flat Sale Items

 

Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept items that meet the criteria mentioned above.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

​

We encourage all customers to inspect their order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST

​

To start a return/exchange, you must contact us via info@poshdesigns.online, clearly mentioning the order number, the reason for returning the item, or the required exchange details.

​

Once your return/exchange request is accepted, you will be notified via email, and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

​

Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted or exchanged.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

​

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will notify you if the return/exchange was approved. If approved, we will process your return/exchange.

Inside UAE:

 

  • In case of a return, a store credit equivalent to the paid item value (excluding the original shipping cost & any bank charges due to credit card payment) will be issued and sent to your email. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from receiving your item to process the request.

  • In case of an exchange, the team will guide you on how the exchange will be arranged. Only a One-time off-exchange request is allowed per order. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from receiving your item to process the request.

 

Outside UAE:

 

  • NO exchange will be acceptable, only return.

  • The customer is responsible for returning the items to us at their own expense. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the shipment returned.

  • Any custom duties or taxes imposed on the shipment back to us will be deducted from the return value.

  • The return value will be equivalent to the original amount paid on the returned item(s), excluding the original shipping cost & any bank charges due to credit card payment.

  • A store credit equivalent to the paid item value will be issued for you and sent to your email.

  • Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from receiving your item to process the request.

  • If you would like to exchange/switch your item/s, the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above and make a new order.

 

REFUSAL OF SHIPMENT ON DELIVERY

In case the customer refuses to receive the shipment upon delivery. A store credit equivalent to the paid item value (excluding the original & return shipping cost & any bank charges due to credit card payment) will be sent to the customer’s registered email.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

​

Any requests for cancellation of orders must be placed within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order is already shipped, we might levy a cancellation charge of 25-100%, depending on the case.
